We are looking for a team member to our Teleopti team in India/Bangladesh and work
out of our office in Gurgaon. You will be responsible for the sales budget and for the
business activities in India such as establishing a marketing- and business plan, with
a focus on selling our solutions to potential new customers together with our business
partners.

As a successful Sales Manager at Teleopti you will work closely together with our local
business partners and also provide a Direct Touch in all phases of the sales process,
including own prospecting and customer meetings.

You will be part of our Indian team based in Gurgaon. The team covers technical
pre-sales, project installation and service desk.

You will also work in close collaboration with the team colleagues in the
Middle East North Africa region based in Dubai.

You will report to the Global Sales Director of Teleopti based in Stockholm.

We want you to be motivated by working result oriented and to have a large delegated
responsibility. It is also essential that you can make your own decisions. You need
to be aware of the fact that your success as a sales manager is solely dependent
on your own motivation and driving force.

You have a strong, documented and proven sales background with a hunter profile.
You have worked for 10-12 years and is interested to make a challenging career move
to small but expansive international company with immediately a lot of international
exposure even though your sales area is in India.

We would prefer that you have sales experience from the Contact Centre business, especially workforce management applications. We would be open to candidates
with strong sales skills from industries close to our own.

You should be able to communicate fluently in English and should have excellent communication skills.
