An important day in Teleopti history!

September 16th marked a very important day in the history of Teleopti when version 7 of Teleopti CCC was announced to the market at the Annual CC Expo in Birmingham, UK. CC Expo is the most established and largest Industry tradeshow in Europe and draws attendees from across Europe and beyond. Version 7 was well-received by both existing customers and people who were either finding about Teleopti for the first time or who had an interest in our products.

Footfall at Expo was higher than last year and our stand received many visitors who, despite the current economic gloom are still keen to invest in their contact centres. Workforce Management, of course, helps customers find efficiencies so is a sensible investment at a time when operating costs are bought sharply into focus. We were also joined on the stand by representatives from all of our UK partners and Business Agility showed exciting add-ons to the Teleopti CCC solution which include text message alerts for schedule changes and full integration with MS Outlook. Along with the great look and feel of the new version these add-ons gave Teleopti something unique to offer our customers.

The team from Teleopti delivered a number of demonstrations of Teleopti CCC Version 7 to interested visitors including those from household names like EdF, Barclays and Capita. some of whom felt compelled to comment and Teleopti CCC 7 won praise for it's flexibility, ease-of-use and the way it intuitively supports the kind of problems that people have in their contact centres today.

All in all it was a very successful event for the company and the way it was receive indicates that version 7 is a successful evolution of Teleopti CCC and remains faithful to our track record of delivering class-leading solutions with the functionality that customers demand.
