Success at the Istanbul Call Center Conference & Expo

On September 15-16 Teleopti was represented at the Istanbul Call Center Conference & Expo where we exhibited for the second time together with our local partner Alfacom.

"Again this year, we experienced that the visitors were impressed with the flexibility and user friendliness in Teleopti CCC. That Teleopti CCC is also available with a Turkish interface makes us stand out and is something that our customers really value", says Özer Tamer, General Manager at Alfacom.

Teleopti is now an established solution for the Turkish market with a growing customer base. Now we will invest even more to develop our capability and offering for Turkey. We have just launched Teleopti CCC, version 7, which we can deliver 100% in Turkish.
