Norwegian Color Line invests in Teleopti CCC

Color Line has invested in Teleopti CCC as their new workforce management solution. The implementation project includes 270
agents and to further improve and simplify daily work they will, besides the Teleopti CCC Base module, also use the additional
modules ASM – Agent Schedule Messenger, Shift Trader and Payroll integration.

The project, which is delivered through our Norwegian partner Dolphin Software (www.dolphin.no/), is expected to be finalized by the end of the year.
 

Color Line are looking forward to, after the implementation of Teleopti CCC, attain a better customer service through an optimal resource planning. The main advantages are:

- Schedule according to customer behavior.

- Less time spent scheduling and forecasting .

- Saved time can be used for analysinging results and making
  improvements.

- Improved flexibility and a better intra-day planning.

- Centralised workforce planning with better overview of
  scheduled  resources
