What are these Add-ons and why are they here?

Teleopti has created a new class of SDK (Software Developer Kit) partner to develop 3rd party applications to enhance its offering and to be able to offer more customised and unique solutions to its customers. The add-ons will provide enhanced functionality based on the Teleopti CCC SDK.


How do I know the Add-ons are of high quality?

 

All Add-ons are developed and tested in accordance with the strict standards that apply to all of Teleopti's product development. Only approved and accredited Add-ons will be made available to Teleopti's clients.


Are the Add-ons supported?

 

Yes - full 1st line support will be provided by Teleopti on all accredited 3rd party Add-ons and backed up by 2nd and 3rd line support from the relevant SDK partner.


How can I buy the Add-Ons?

 

Easily and quickly!  All Add-ons are sold directly by Teleopti's SDK Partners which can be contacted via Teleopti's website using the links in this Newsletter.

Increase the value of Teleopti CCC


In order to increase the value of Teleopti CCC, we are delighted to announce the release of a Teleopti Software Developers Kit (SDK). This SDK will allow approved partners to develop CCC add-ons that that will offer customised and unique solutions to our customers.

Working closely with our preferred SDK partner Business Agility, the first of these feature rich add-ons create a flexible and affordable way to integrate specific requirements with the core functionality of Teleopti CCC.

We are planning to launch a web conference in November to all Teleopti customers which will focus on the added functionality of the add-ons and provide some live demonstrations. Further details will follow in the coming weeks.

Microsoft Exchange Agent 

 

Microsoft Exchange Agent is a powerful integration tool that enables users to set up automatic  synchronisation between agents' Microsoft Exchange calendars and Teleopti's CCC schedule.

Once agent schedules are published and optimised within Teleopti CCC,

Resource Managers are able to export the results and schedules directly into MS Exchange, which are then presented within the standard week grid. In addition, all future changes to the schedule are automatically updated within Exchange.


MS Exchange Agent is a highly flexible solution that provides Microsoft Outlook functionality and integration out of the box, whilst also enabling the user to:

  • Reduce the amount of user interfaces for your agents
  • Spend less time on new software training
  • Leverage your existing application base
  • Streamline processes
  • Reduce time spent on jobs
  • Save costs on expensive, bespoke integrations
  • Benefit from flexible customisation

 

SMS Alert Manager

 

 SMS Alert Manager is an enhancement for Teleopti CCC that notifies agents about changes to their schedule via Short Message Service (SMS) messages.

Users are able to configure Teleopti CCC to automatically send schedule changes to related agents. Users can also choose to

send notification of changes manually, choosing the recipients of the SMS message from an organisational tree.


SMS Alert Manager also enables users to choose between sending notification details of all schedule changes or single activity specific changes. In addition, the operator can pick one or even several 'Meetings', 'Personal Shifts', ' Shifts' or 'Absence' specific changes.


Further benefits of SMS Alert Manager enable you to:

  • Ensure your remote staff or home-workers
    remain up to date with schedule changes,
  • Notify agents of schedule changes before their
    next shift starts,
  • Send the right information to the right person at
    the right time whilst it is still valid
