Effective cost control with Teleopti Pro Ericsson in Sweden, Belgium, Netherlands, Italy, Ireland, UK and North Africa have implemented Teleopti Pro as a successful solution for cost control in cooperation with Teleopti. With Teleopti Pro they have cost control and cost allocation for all customer service functions and the entire enterprise. With the Teleopti Pro they have achieved increased cost awareness amongst managers by enabling them to run “Top reports” and reports about their organisation unit. They have also improved the cost allocation of usage and services from all mobile vendors, today 10 Mobile operators. Administration has been minimized by integrating Teleopti Pro with Ericsson systems like Active Directory, DNA and business system. Integrating Teleopti Pro with Ericsson accounting system enables them to import debiting files, including both fixed and mobile, directly into their business system. In that way they avoid manual input concerning the cost divisions of all our telephony costs. Mobile integration Teleopti Pro manages both fixed and mobile telephony to provide the complete picture of the total telephony of the organisation. By importing a file containing all mobile traffic directly from the mobile operator to Teleopti Pro, they save countless hours of processing and drastically reduce the number of invoices.

Roll-out
Ericsson Sweden has been working with Teleopti systems for more than eight years. Right now implementation of Teleopti Pro is in process at Ericsson premises. Implementation of Teleopti Pro does not require any major investments in infrastructure. The technical platform is already in place. It is easy to join and benefit from the advantages of Teleopti Pro.
