Dear Teleopti friends,

I am proud to be the CEO of Teleopti serving excellent customers with good partners and skilled committed and professional colleagues.
Our company reports good order growth Q1 2009, 25 % more than last year! A lot of new customers, from different countries have chosen Teleopti in Q1 in Spain, Turkey, Russia, Ukraine, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Oman, France, Germany, United Kingdom, UAE, Tunisia, Marocko, Algeria and Egypt!  

 

 

Teleopti foresees a continuous growth during Q2 and for the foreseeable part of 2009, as long as we serve our customers well. And we will support our customers well.

Teleopti now opens another office in China and enter China with good partners and a Chinese version of Teleopti CCC. We will also build local support.

It is now confirmed that Teleopti is the largest WFM provider in EMEA and now also number one in Enterprise WFM in Middle East servicing contact centres, retail outlets and Enterprises with workforce management solutions. It is also the region were we have made most new business lately.

We are also very proud over our solution Teleopti Pro which is now listed in  AOTMP market landscape which you can read more about in this Newsletter. We are now doing a world-wide roll-out project for a large and leading customer in this area.

Since several companies these days have travel restrictions, Teleopti will come to you instead of having our annual Customer & Partner Forum. This fall we will arrange a "Teleopti Road Show", which means that we will visit  a number of cities in EMEA. Look out for more information after the summer.

Based in India, iYogi is the first direct to consumer,computer support service center.  iYogi  provides  24/7/365 personalized remote computer support services to consumers across the globe.

iYogi’s customer approval rate of 95% and resolution rate of 86% are amongst the highest published benchmarks in the computer support industry. Iyogi currently has around 1000 agents and Teleopti CCC is helping Iyogi in optimizing the human resources cost and further enhancing the operational efficiency. The mission is  to bring  the overall cost per transaction as low as possible without effecting the quality of service.

In UkraineTeleopti CCC is being implemented at Ukrsibbank which is a subsidiary of part of BNP (Banque National de Paris). The call center with its 70 agents are going to use Teleopti CCC Base, Agent Schedule Messanger and the Holiday Planner.  Teleopti is working together with its partner  Incom in this project which started in January and is about to be finnished next month. 

KONE  provides its customers with industry-leading elevators, escalators and innovative solutions for modernization and maintenance, and is one of the global leaders in its industry. As KONE France was looking to further improve their customer service, they turned to Teleopti to invest in a new WFM-solution.
