Çağatay Turan joined Teleopti in December 2008 as the Business Manager for Turkey. His main objective is to grow sales volume and business development in Turkey.

When Çağatay joined the company had already started to penetrate the Turkish Market, especially the Finance Sector. Çağatay’s objective is to spread this awareness into other call center subsectors by establishing strong customer- and partner satisfaction and also expanding its global footprint in providing Workforce & Performance Management and Telecom Expense Management solutions.

Çağatay Turan joined KoçSistem (Avaya Reseller in Turkey) at 1998. He worked in KoçSistem technical sales manager and product manager responsible from IP Telephony and Contact Center solutions. In 2007 he started at Fujitus Siemens Computers as senior presales consultant responsible from data center consolidation and virtualization solutions.

We have to dominate the WFM market in Turkey as call center business is mature enough for call center technologies and the time has now come to optimize the operations in order to save costs and increase customer and employee satisfaction.” says Çağatay.
